Sorry, i'm feeling frustrated. I'm so tired of hearing about size and weight and the evils of this that and eveything else. It's fucked up. It really is and the irony is that it is swallowed up like chocolate. Chocolate covered bullshit.

Ugh, I hear you. I'm lucky that I work in a company where noone cares about their weight (but noone cares about their health either, but that's their business); but the moment I go home or somewhere else? Forget it. I even get more peace in the gym where I can focus on moving and having fun!
Can I ask you a favour? I read this post over at Escape from Obesity today. I was reading along, not agreeing with it but not being 'offended' by it until this paragraph.
You can imagine my jaw dropping when I came home, looked up the Starbucks hot chocolate on their website and discovered that a Grande (medium) salted caramel hot chocolate made with low fat milk has 620 calories!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT???? OMG. Now yes if you ask for no whipped cream you can save some calories and cut it down to... 550 calories!!! OMG, no wonder everyone is so fat!!

I hear you babe, I hear you SO loud and clear!! My eyes glaze over when people talk about diets.. it's the best coping mechanism, rather than try and get into why they are damaging themselves!!
I've had two comments recently that have left me baffled. 1) 'When are you going to start a weight loss blog again?' - from someone who reads my current blog (does that make sense to you, it didn't to me, LOL). 2) You're right Kate, you shouldn't be worried about your diet / weight / etc while you are pregnant, there's plenty of time for that. AGAIN, from someone who I've spent a long time discussing IE with.
